1. Information We Collect

When you use Anonaka Studio services, we may collect:

• Account data — name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google Sign-In.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
• Purchase data — order IDs, payment status, and product details for transactions processed through Tokopay.
• Roblox data — Roblox username or group ID you provide for license verification.
• Donation data — donor name, amount, and platform (Saweria / Bagi-Bagi / SocialBuzz) relayed through our webhook bridge.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account.
• To fulfill product purchases and manage your library.
• To verify Roblox license ownership.
• To send transactional emails (invoices, order confirmations).
• To send notifications within the platform.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage.
• Tokopay — payment processing for product purchases.
• Roblox — username/group lookups for license verification via the Roblox API.
• Saweria / Bagi-Bagi / SocialBuzz — donation platform webhooks you configure.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Order records are retained for a minimum of 1 year for accounting purposes.

5. Security

We use HTTPS, Firebase Security Rules, and server-side token verification to protect your data. API keys and private credentials are stored as environment variables and never exposed in client code.

6. Cookies

We use Firebase Auth session tokens stored in browser local storage. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

7. Your Rights
